PoE Augury of Penitence builds

Seen this concept here and there in comments but not anyone else who has actually tried it out so here's my sharing on my Inquisitor which, through Brass Dome, Leadership's Price and passives, hit 90% ele res to dual wield Nebulis, without PoL/PoI nor a shield, getting 1200% inc cold damage with CotB conversion. PoB: So earlier I posted a cursory question of whether energy blades will be good for this build because of Battlemage on the Inquisitor. It looks like it should be a pretty solid transition build once I get a stormfire. And Energy Blades should be a decent boost in dps, but I'm not sure if it'll be worth it because of the loss to es. Edit.Ok, you guys don't like POB warriors, but i do this way for 2 things, to compare to the builds on PoE Ninja, and to see the potential.I saw few errors, mainly shock effect and frenzy was on. I used shock calculator and it have me 21% shock. There is no way to generate frenzy on Sirus right now, and I will not put a Precursor emblem in the build, so I will turn it off. So I will post 2 PoBs to you guys. One with all turned off, and one with all turned on on the best scenario. You guys tell me what you think. Hi, guys! I've been POBing this build since the Flame Surge rework was announced. I think after the recent pob push, I can share it. I play SSSFHC so this build is quite tanky. TRY AT YOUR OWN RISK This is a PoB I ripped from poe.ninja and converted to 3.16. I long for tri-elemental BV and this is the best I could find, I did level it it 3.15 which wasn't terrible, but frankly was to lazy/uninterested to try to get past leveling gear.
