Edit.Ok, you guys don't like POB warriors, but i do this way for 2 things, to compare to the builds on PoE Ninja, and to see the potential.I saw few errors, mainly shock effect and frenzy was on. I used shock calculator and it have me 21% shock.

There is no way to generate frenzy on Sirus right now, and I will not put a Precursor emblem in the build, so I will turn it off.

So I will post 2 PoBs to you guys. One with all turned off, and one with all turned on on the best scenario. You guys tell me what you think. I am very satisfied about the tankiness that looks awesome, and the DPS i think will be very good to clear and with tornado, good against bosses even without any buff or flask.

PoB with no flasks and only the realistic buffs:

Intimidate is always on because is effect from shield mastery. Intimidate on block.

For comparasion, i took a Raider LS lvl 100 with highest DPS in PoeNinja, and configured like mine (kept frenzy on), and they have like 2,5mil dps on hit Mine is 50% higher and has way more EHP (calcs tab on PoB).

Raider 29k EHP. My LS Inquisitor, 97mil.

I didn't even try to see the best flask possible though.

This is my first build that I did all by myself.Few things may be improved or changed, based on the changes on cluster jewels.I dunno what will be the single target dps with tornado, but i HOPE it is A LOT because of battlemage + lightning strike projectiles buffing it.

The build revolves on 30% MORE attack damage from Instruments of Virtue + Battlemage to buff tornado.

Energy Blade as main weapon, buffed by Tons of ES gainned by Shaper's Touch and Shadowstitch+ Doryani Glorious Vanity + All corrupted itens, apart from main weapon.

It is heavy on stats, with more than 820 Strength and Intelligence to buff crit, iron will, ES and life AND evasion from shaper's touch.

Because shadowstich has lots of ES, Armor and ES, we are using Determination + Grace to further buff it, using Purity of elements to get the new ailments immune and to offset the -36% resistances from shadowstich.

My weakpoint is Chaos Resistances, but because i didn't botther to fix it right now, I think I can get it from boots + 2 rings and lose a bit of dps.

Herald of Agony = Tempest shield. I put there as placeholder to check the mana reservation.

There still A LOT to min+max.

What is missing is some Cast on damage taken, there is none, and there is no Warcry on the build too...

The DPS from Lightning Strike Meele portion is about 10 mil right now. and the projectile portion is almost 6mil.

I saw several LS Raiders to reference on POE and they didn't go to more than 6mil dps on meele portion, get the Tornado Going and i think it will shred bosses.

Their POB used Vaal Ancestral Warchief + Ancestral Protector. I have a doubt, is possible to use both at same time with multiple totems?

In expedition I did Cyclone CoC Forbidden Rite and my POB dps was about 28mil, but I had loads of deaths because of Low EHP, despite the very high recover. I hope this will be as good or better.
