PoE eternal_sceptic builds

AKA Creepy old man shotgunning with high quality COC. POB: Same concept as Jungroan's Crest of Desire Creeping Frost build last league, but with Dialla's Malefaction, we can go COC instead, for easier gameplay. Have been getting a few whispers about this so sharing my current attempt to push PotCG BS as far as it can go. Currently at lvl 95 with 9+k life, 1.6+k str, and around 7-9M conservative dps. The clear is great and I've been doing some Tropical Island Zana Delirium farming quite smoothly with it.
