154c Righteous Fire Maven Kill 3.15

Had people ask if this build works on a budget and I wanted to tell those people yes confidently, so I went ahead and tested myself playing on a paperthin budget and I can now confidently say it will be able to do all of the content short of "The Feared" with a relatively cheap budget. I also had someone say something like "sure with enough budget anything works" and I got stunlocked with the need to prove that righteous fire works on a budget.

Not included in cost: *Chroming / socketing gear - its a neglible amount and I forgot to keep track *Leveling gems to 20 and doing gemcutter recipe for 20 qual and leveling again, If you are playing the character progressing to maven you would get the exp for the gems to do so for no cost as you progressed to maven so it seems silly to me to include this in the cost

I tried to make this build as potato budget as possible, avoiding as much power options as possible: *Cluster Jewels *Awakened Gems *Alt Quality Gems *Thriftshopping for actual decent items(hence I only searched for 1-2 stat items mostly + benchcraft)
