3.14 Fulcrum Self-Chill/Shock/Ignite CWDT Scold's Inquisitor (3.15 Expedition Update in description)

3.15 Update: Every single build in the game has been nerfed and this build has been on the receiving end of some of the craziest nerfs. Cast when Damage Taken: Now has a 250% Cost and Reservation Multiplier.

This renders our whole cwdt setup useless, as it would be way too much investment to make it work.

Do note that if you get it to work somehow, the Blade Blast Nerfs wouldn't really affect us since we are using Blade Vortex, so we get the more aoe from exploding it. While I do think that Fulcrum could be used in other ways, this particular build has been rendered pretty useless, and I will therefore discontinue it! :( If the nerfs get reverted/milder at some point in the future, I will be continuing it.
