Wanted to give you guys a teaser of where the more finished version of the build is at that can hold you over for a day or two more while I edit and write up all the guide info for the build. Completing a rare feared was my ultimate goal for the build and I am excited to have accomplished this with righteous fire in 3.15 after RF got nerfed so heavily.
