INSANE SSFHC League starter - 3.16 Righteous Fire Inquisitor

Raiz is back with another amazing build. This time we are going deep with Righteous Fire (RF) Inquisitor. Changes to Elemental Equilibrium and Elemental Overload forced GGG to massively buff Righteous Fire and Scorching Ray, which resulted in a more comfortable and stronger build, especially as a league starter on SSFHC. PoE 3.16 Scourge is the best time to play RF.
