In the end, I think this is the best build of the league because it can complete simulacrum without ascendancy and 100ex+ investment. You need some practice to kill bosses smoothly (save mobs for additional procs), but it is easily manageable.

Flasks are important. Get 70+ chaos resistance.

Main changes:

• In the video, I have a phasing flask just for testing (definitely use granite)
• Swap the shield for a unique weapon that grants ignore fire res;
• Change the tree for more life and watcher's eye to reduce extra crit damage from hits, more max res, and impale immune in mastery;
• Voices (3 passives one is optional, you can use 5 for budget), small cluster with fettle, wish for death for culling (or corrupted/scourged mod on weapon) is just a good Quality of Life
• You can use chest with 11%+ scourge mod and complete 30 waves, with struggles sometimes, but with enough practice, you can do it ez
• Anyway, there is a huge difference between the rolls of scourge mod (19 is huuge)
• One more divergent cwdt (optional ofc) for more procs with kaom's heart
