PoE Onslaught builds

Heya, so I wanna league start ele helix but I would like to play raider instead of deadeye, since you can easily get fledgling at league start which is the whole point of deadeye and raider is zoomier on top. Can you review the PoB and share you thoughts ? Btw the build yoinked and changed a bit to fit raider. PoB:

This is a build I'm planning to league start. It probably does and will suck. But I'd be happy for feedback on it anyway. Maybe there are other players like me who don't assume that all these fancy things people put on builds are attainable and want a no-budget ssf build, or this build may just be useful input to someone somehow. It's got 100% spell supp, 13k max phys hit, 90% evasion, and 110k dps. This is without shock, onslaught or power charges (though I am doing shock, onslaught and assassins mark on hit). It uses smoke

POB (edited after feedback): POB (original): POB only works on desktop client, web one doesn't have skills for some reason. This was originally a BV/EK Stormwall into Fulcrum full conversion build, but then they removed Stormwall so I had to change plans or be left without being able to league start. This is now a Lightning Conduit Agnerod into Fulcrum build that uses BV with Shaper of Storms to shock everyone 7.5 times a second, and Lightning Conduit to deal damage

So i think i have finished my pob of the shock slinger. Gotta replace the 6 link arc with lightning conduit and add overcharge support to the 3 link arc but thats about it. i tried to be reasonable with the items since its a league starter but who knows what the actual prices of these will be. Guessing ashes of the stars might be a bit much like this league but we probably have other amulet options anyway. One other thing to note. According to a poe wiki or something i read that spellslinger always triggers helmet first so there shouldnt be a problem with lightning conduit trying to cast

After I've posted about Evasion and Armour Based Attack Builds, I thought I would theorize about Armour Based Spellcasters too. I've taken the Standard Inquisitor Spellcaster and worked on its defensive properties a bit - this recycles mostly defensive concepts from the previous posts but I feel like its worth showcasing nonetheless. Hello everyone, I have been playing FR CI for a good portion of this league but am still learning a lot in regards to PoB and Poeninja. With this said I do not understand two things in this regard and was wondering if someone could help explain these in-depth to me. 1) Why are they playing Bottled Faith? 2) Why are they using Awakened Added Chaos Damage vs Increased Critical Damage?
