HOW TO LEVEL UP TO 38? We want to level up with freezing pulse from the start. Link freezing pulse with arcane surge Use frostbomb Use clarity Use precision according to chance to hit (lvl up only until you have 100% cahcne to hit and no more) Use a % spell damage recipe for wands for a slight boost of damage: magic wand + whetstone + magic/rare/unique chain belt This will give around 30% spell damage with magic belts, around 50% with rare belts and around 70% with unique belts +1 cold wands or big flat spell damage is still the best Requirements

So I was thinking of league starting as Righteous Fire. The new masteries makes leveling a breeze, but how realistic do you think it is to migrate to this after a week or two? Are these clusters really expensive? I'm a HC player who just farms red maps...so this seems pretty cool to me to be able to play that Auto Bomb style while remaining semi tanky. Thoughts?

Hi, I've been playing PoE a few seasons now. Started during beta but gave up and came back a year back. I've mostly followed guides and did 38/40 and level 100 this season with Pohx RF Jugg. I like tanky builds and don't mind sacrificing some DPS for defence. Hey guys! It's my first time playing SSFHC a bit more seriously and I decided on Goratha's Spark Inquis.
