This version of the Spark carry drops brittle entirely to be able to freeze enemies and use the Blast Freeze cluster jewel notable. We sacrifice a lot of damage for this but it makes simulacrum so much easier to farm. The Call of the Void unique ring is a great defensive layer and pairs extremely well with Herald of Ice. We also invest much more in defense to be able to survive dangerous Simulacrum mods.
These builds aren't finished yet, but here's a snapshot of what we were using in the video. Please keep in mind that these are beta versions that will go through several rounds of changes before the full guide is finished and released.
