First of all, Why self chill Spark? 30% action speed makes mapping so much more fun. Most of people focus on 30% faster spell cast but for me 30% more movement speed is more important for mapping. Here is the tips I found. 1. Don't rely on reduce mana cost from flask: It just does not work even if you have tier 1 flask charge on crit mod. It never fully active especially on map boss. I had a weird thought of scaling Spark a little different than usual, namely scaling projectiles and duration. On a level 25 Spark you get 8 proj base, divergent Spark gives 1 additional proj per 10% gem quality. Max gem quality is 139%, so no use in maxing it out as much as possible, 120% or even just 100% gem quality is rather easy (Dialla's, Enhance, Ashes). Would make for a base of around 20-30+ proj.
