Also swap Silver Flask with Bismuth Flask for mapping sanity so you aren't completely defenseless. Cold/Freeze duration is very important to ensure freeze is up on bosses for Heatshiver interaction. Without the duration, Freeze doesn't last nearly as long. Unsure of actual Shock value. It is likely well above 20% but I set it at 20% just for ease. For Full DPS calcs, 4 Spark is probably minimum, 6 Spark is likely average, theoretical max is 12.
