I've never played Whispering Ice, but I'm wondering if it'll hold up. This is what I have so far as my first draft. Theoretical DPS: 2.86 trigger rate 5.43 duration = 15.53 active storms. Hello guys, Recently died way too early on one of my most unique HC league scions ive rolled in awhile. I was using Eye of Winter + Volkuur's Guidance to use eye of winter poison on hit.
