Eye of Winter + Volkuur's touch: How to calculate the dps on POB? Pastebin included

Hello guys, Recently died way too early on one of my most unique HC league scions ive rolled in awhile. I was using Eye of Winter + Volkuur's Guidance to use eye of winter poison on hit. It Was doing incredible screen clear and single target-- exactly what I was trying to fix on eye of winter. My only issue here is how is POB calculating my DPS. I may continue just playing the build in standard to show how strong it can get(or not, who knows),
