Quite a janky brew, but I just managed to kill Sirus with it, so I wanted to share.
Returned for this league after not playing since Harvest and became very interested in the potential of Instilling Orbs.
With the newly buffed base duration of Ruby, Sapphire and Topaz flasks, a 100% uptime auto flasks could be achieved with this investment:
-
Pathfinder ascendency for scion
-
Essence extraction cluster + Utility Flasks gain charges mastery
-
28% quality on the flask
-
12% increased flask effect (from medium cluster jewels)
This lets us automate Coruscating Elixir, Taste of Hate and a Topaz flask with 3% life regen veiled craft.
Despite Coruscating Elixir taking away all but 1 life, RF will not turn off, since we also get 4% life back from using a flask.
With Coruscating Elixir protecting us from chaos damage, we can wear body armour with more ES than Shav's would give us. We choose The Ivory Tower, since it provides massive ES for cheap, and its drawback is nullified by Coruscating Elixir. Additionally, by stacking life to get ES, we build a larger pool of HP from which RF can derive its base damage.
For our second ascendency, the inquisitor provides more damage, and lingering consecrated ground. Said consecrated ground is created automatically by a Sulphur flask that triggers when it is full and gains charges when we are hit aswell as normally.
Overall, the build is quite tanky (as long as Nullifier isn't involved), featuring:
-
Over 10k ES.
-
Up to 30% net ES regeneration, peaking just after we are hit.
-
72% attack block with Glancing Blows (with Rumi's Concoction).
-
5% ES recovered on block.
-
35% of incoming physical damage converted to elemental.
-
20% less elemental damage taken.
-
83/77/78 max resists.
However, I felt the damage was lacking at just over 1M, and killing Sirus felt slow. Then again, I could invest a lot more currency in improving the character's gear in regards to damage.
