While playing with pob I made that build (damage is low but since it is dot 100% uptime it is reasonable) Got 80 block and conditional 75 spell block (normally 68) and 327 life gain on block. Very high hp pool with 80/79/79 resistances and empty suffixes for possible dot multi crafts. Want some feedback about how to improve the build.
