PoE Scion, Cast when Damage Taken, Bow builds

Hey guys, recently thought about what to league start and somehow ended up with a scion. I noticed that scion builds have an easy time picking up Soul of Steel and Revenge of the hunted+ mastery, Graceful assault+mastery and the champion of the cause and charisma wheels. This allows for the beloved 3 50% auras+defiance banner setup we all enjoyed a couple of patches ago. On top of that, Scions berserker and scions ranger classes offer decent damage or QoL, especially Rage generation is still pretty rare, especially for bow builds. Basically wanted quality of life from raider and leech+damage from chieftan. This creates an extremely smooth character that has the DPS of EA, decent tankiness (bit less than champ), but MUCH better recovery than either elementalist, heiro, or champ.
