Ascendant Shock Nova miner - Maven fight is a Path of Exile Ascendant build by greendragon2194, made for the Expedition league (3.15). This is one of my more well-rounded build. Good damage accompanied by strong defence. Shock nova got buffed in 3.15 when the ring no longer deals 50% less damage. This means that enemies could get DOUBLE damaged as they are getting hit by both the inner and outer ring of the skill. In addition, ailment threshold has been lowered due to the massive nerf in 3.15, getting higher shock effect is easy on shock nova due to its high shock effect increase. In the clip, I shocked Maven for 48% shock effect :^)
Defence layer of the build:
- High ES pool.
- Ailment immunity (100% avoidance of elemental ailment).
- Stun immunity (Presence of Chayula).
- Perma flask (Taking pathfinder node of Ascendant).
- Decent block chance (42% attack and 22% for spells), rumi is up most of the time even for bossing.
- Instant ES recovery from flask from Supreme Decadence.
- High ES regeneration from Saboteur node and Zealot's Oath.
