PoE 3.17 Archnemesis Cold builds

Highlights of the build: -EB granted by Devouring Diadem with 40% MoM (buffed this league) -3k life with Petrified Blood and around 1.8k ES (you need 66% of your HP as ES (1980 in this case) to fully make use of 40% MoM, gotta pump that number) -Good regen and damage granted by Inquisitor -~50k armour with granite flask, ~36k without -100% suppression (nerfed affixes taken into account) -95% reduced effect of curses -Creeping Frost can shotgun, that's why we can calculate our damage as x5 in PoB -EB let's us use Divine Blessing setup using Devouring Diadem let's us rese

DISCLAIMER: I have not actually played this build in any way yet and 3.18 is when I'll possibly try it, so it could have periods of build progress where its shit before it becomes good, or just be shit forever. For anyone who wants a more hipster build that isn't DD, seismic, EA, RF, or any of the other really strong meta builds but also doesn't want some straight garbage, I present to you my 3.18 HCSSF league start.
