The biggest thing to note from the video is that with the exception of Cold DoT, the PoBs are NOT fully complete. All of them have completed leveling trees and an extensive leveling Notes section to get you started in 3.18, but the endgame setups and forum guides are still being worked on.

 

All of these builds have been tested in SSF and league start scenarios. As a reminder, everything I do in these guides is oriented toward new players and people who need a lot of help. Experienced players should easily be able to take these and run with the concepts to scale them even further.
