Absolution Guardian - One of the Strongest Leaguestarters [3.18] [New Build] [Cheap]

If anyone has questions for feedback, I'll try my best to answer them. :)

Notes:

• You should not expect 30M with the gear in the League Start Build Goal PoB below, but around 15M with some ramp-up and good placement. I'd argue that's still good given the cost of the items in the PoB.

• Some of the items in the leveling PoBs will be hard to get at league start or unrealistic (e.g. Awakened Minion Damage), but should be relatively cheap after a couple of weeks. I included these items because they're goals for the character, and you should try to invest in them when you have currency. Until you can afford those items, use cheaper alternatives.

• I didn't want to make the title card too busy with numbers and text. It's fair to say this build can do 30M+ cheaper than many other builds that perform at the same level, so I put that. I just thought it would cleaner to write "30M+" than writing "10M+ to 70M+"

• Remember to comment out modifiers in the PoB config tab for realistic damage numbers, based on your Animated Guardian itemization and Specters
