I am planning my new league starter for 3.18. This is the current "best" one I could come up with, that shouldnt be too expensive to get close to.

The goal is to get some value of the "more damage per pending cast" stat on the skill. The raw DPS is barely acceptable for endgame content, but I'm wondering if any of you guys would like to take a stab at it and see if you can get a couple million more DPS out of it without making major sacrifices. I chose trickster strictly because of the very high amount of cast speed needed. If you can still hit 10ish casts per second on another class, I'd welcome it.

My goal is to clear mobs fast so this is an elementalist spamming Vortex on left click which ignites thanks to Shaper Of Flames. Then dual Obliteration wands deal chaos damage which ignites more thanks to Shaper Of Flames. I haven't put much emphasis on the Vortex DPS, the damage dealer are the Obliteration explosions, hopefully. Budget is not bad either, none of these item cost even 100c , most cost much less. Hi all, I have made a very expensive piece of dirt; The character is not assembled, I have the replica Farrul's, forbidden set, and the 93 champion for the build. I have 20 ex for the transition, the synthesized rings are mostly for show. Any ideas on improvement? Or should I scrap it? Also, I did not know what to do for the CoC discharge setup, any ideas to improvement very welcome!
