PoE League Starter builds with custom stat filters

Hello all! I'm planning on league starting as Storm Brand this coming league and have been fooling around with a few things. I mocked up this PoB today for what should be a fairly tanky Storm Brand Inquisitor. This would be for a late game set-up with thread of hope, forbidden jewels, etc. So far I'm thinking of Low Life with petrified blood utilizing Aegis + Glancing Blows for ES recovery and using spell leech to overleech HP. I've been making mainly minion builds for several leagues now, leveling at least 4 of them to 100 in HC Trade so far during last couple of leagues. I've done Zombies, Spectres (when they were viable) and last league Skeleton Mages. We had fairly major minion changes in the patch notes, and thus I'm going back to Zombies. So i think i have finished my pob of the shock slinger. Gotta replace the 6 link arc with lightning conduit and add overcharge support to the 3 link arc but thats about it. i tried to be reasonable with the items since its a league starter but who knows what the actual prices of these will be. I have thrown this together in the last hour or so as an quick idea to make best use of the new Cloak of Flame. Its still very rough around the Edges and needs to be fleshed out. Its meant for a Leaguestart SSF Enviroment. It includes Cloak of Flame and a Warlords Helmet though which may need a few days to obtain, longer if unlucky. Nothing here is finalized, but so far this is my most fleshed-out attempt at an SSF league starter for 3.19. This one is built for maximum ease of gearing and ease of play. From what we've seen so far, do you guys think zerker with rage and impale would be a good choice for 3.19? Here's a quick pob I threw together (not sure if I'm calculating the dps of it correctly but it looks promising). I started building a new league starter (hopefully no balance changes to SC) and think that I have a pretty refined idea for budget Shield Crush utilizing some cheap uniques. Watchers Eye (Single Mod) is really the only item that may be expensive to work towards as a goal in the first week, but impale is pretty non-meta right now. Overall nothing too crazy or innovative but think its worthy of a league start. POB has no cluster, gem quality, flasks, Eldritch mods, or berserk buff. This is my leaguestarter which I've spend too much time on. Ideas and critique welcome. I wanted to do something different but yet something that will work. This build is on the glass cannon side but managed to level up to 99 without 5-ways. I would not recommend this exact build for poison spark, occultist offers so much more but I like speed. I think raider is pretty okey though because of more projectile speed mastery is near and we can use master toxicist forbidden jewels.
