This build attempts to leverage 3.19 Fortify, Arctic Armour, Cloak of Flames, Mokou's Embrace, and 100% of elemental and physical damage taken as fire to create a tanky meme build with passable damage.

90% Max Fire res is achieved Exarch boot mod, Fire res small cluster, 4% from tree, and 7% from Purity of Fire.

100% taken as is achieved with Sublime Vision, PoF Watcher's, Helmet warband/delve mod, Cloak of Flames, Dawnbreaker, and Tasalio, Cleansing Water (Chieftain ascendancy). A perfectly rolled Dawnbreaker isn't actually needed, there is some flexibility with a lower phys roll and the Helmet taken as Exarch mod.

Damage is obtained by phys to fire conversion Boneshatter, using its self damage to self ignite with Mokou's Embrace for attack speed from the ring and Hotheaded. Build has no trouble mitigating higher Trauma stacks, which count towards Mantra of Flames.

The gear was pretty hastily cobbled together, intentionally with only 3-4 mods and nothing really special.

The PoB has the edited Uniques, but not the new Arctic Armour values. Berserk, Hinekora, Immortal Call, Vaal AW ticked off to hopefully be a little more realistic.

Pros:

- All non-elemental damage taken fire. 90% fire res + fortify + arctic armour = not dying.

- Elemental Resistances, Armour, and Evasion are irrelevant. Can do whatever you want with your suffixes, though I haven't explored it much.

- Decent enough damage? Few million minimally, but hard to give a good estimate, with Berserk, Hinekora, Totem buffs not having full uptime, and not knowing how many Trauma stacks are realistic.

- Herald of Ash + Infernal Cry pops.

Cons:

- Not league start viable

- Probably still gets smoked by a blue Exarch mob with added phys as chaos and sentinel'd up.
