PoE Awakened Swift Affliction, Hex builds

I feel stuck on my build idk how to progress in , can someone plz help me for understand how to make this build maybe a little tanky ? or just better ? thank you!

So I've been playing selfcast Hexblast ignite as an Inquisitor for my league starts for quite some time now, and I decided to take it to endgame. Ended up going Occultist and converting Ignite damage to Chaos with Blackflame and about 15m Ignite DPS (100m total damage per ignite). The character is very tanky as it has 90% all res, maxblock and is CI with Incandescent Heart for Extra Ele damage mitigation. Currently there is no one playing Hexblast in this way on Poe Ninja so I guess you could call this an "off meta build" lol :). I do like the Ignite playstyle and maybe there are some fello

I'd like to share my slightly non-meta build - hexblast ignite chieftain. Dominant archetype is chaos converted occultist, but I wanted to check fire route with some chieftain's beefiness. I hope it may act as a benchmark or inspiration for others that would like to explore this skill. PoB: [

get alchemists mark effect enchant if it exists (30% mark effect is from this, otherwise get hexblast aoe, despair effect or an aura reservation ig) problems that im willing to drop some damage for: - no phys mitigation (grav mod on chest) - no spell suppression (gonna write this off as too hard to cap without dropping too much ES for comfort) max res on shield - mana (no room for clarity, can't go EB and CI) - maybe swap to life and go EB? idk - recovery sucks - maybe.........drop profane bloom.....................yikes maybe swap wand base to accumulator if ur nasty, i just used driftw
