Low Tolerance limits you to using a single poison stack but grants 300% increased damage. Master Toxicist spreads poisons from enemies you kill. Poisons can stack this way, allowing for a few white mobs killed to equal entire packs disappearing. Which is best combined with Delirium's high mob count and high density packs.

Most expensive items are the amulet and the awakened gems. I was using 2 forbidden jewels to gain frenzy charges but blood rage + 2 rare jewels is better.
