its not my build i just get inspire by "owen" in youtube i what know how i can make this build do more dps or its just skill limitation im cleaning everything except uberboss since its very off meta build i craft everything any sugresstion how i can improvite

PoB: Currently have around 30-35 divs to upgrade, just not sure where to go from here, shield and ring maybe, but idk. Also is this good enough for ubers, or is it better to just spend the divs to reroll to some boss killer?
