READ HERE:
- Flasks are up basically permanently, so
- perma onslaught from omeyocan (mana flasks always running),
- perma fortify from hardened scars
- perma righteous fire
TBH I have no idea how many wither stacks I get on average. Or mana used (arcane cloak uses about 3000 by itself).
I swapped in Seething Divine Flask of Dousing for Maven, specifically for:
1. healing through no regen whenever I get hit by a laser
2. turning off RF and being able to turn it back on when debuff is done
