I'd like to share my slightly non-meta build - hexblast ignite chieftain. Dominant archetype is chaos converted occultist, but I wanted to check fire route with some chieftain's beefiness. I hope it may act as a benchmark or inspiration for others that would like to explore this skill.

PoB is a current snapshot of my character - lvl 19 hexblast gem, character lvl 89. It has ~3,2M shaper Dps, 40K effective HP w/o flasks.

Key observations:
- occultist versions have higher DPS, but relativly short ignite duration - uptime DPS on bosses may be comparable with chieftain
- I've tried uber Eater and failed - he oneshoted me. Did not tried other ubers, regular bosses, conquerors etc. are ok
- The Covenant body armor is great for hexblast - huge dps boost, and the increased cost downside (both mana and life) is not relevant, as we are casting it once per few seconds.
- I've enjoyed hexblast playstyle - one click with ignite prolif for trashes, and skill rotations for bosses / elites
- min-max version would probably benefit from the aspect of carnage stolen from berserker. Also timeless jewels, thread of hope, clusters - there is a room for improvement for sure.
- Immortal Call instead of Molten shell, so we lose endu charges for 15% multi
