The idea is to make a build around the new Staff - Winds of Fate. The staff incentivizes using: 1) Battlemage, leaning you towards Inquisitor with its 700~ phys added damage. 2) Using Plume of Pursuit to make the damage reliable - 3) Once you guarantee your repeats to be criticals, you need not scale critical strike chance at all, which opens some avenues, meaning you can use (awakened) controlled destruction or use Marylene's Fallacy with no drawback. 4) The Randomness of the conversionss seems to sugge

This is my, as titled, ridiculous self-cast Unearth meme build. It uses Unearth, which people underappreciate because it looks shitty until you see the cast time is extremely low. From a pure single target perspective, after 3.17, Unearth is actually not all that bad. Its mana cost is extremely low, which also makes it very spammable as you can use flat mana cost reductions very effectively. A couple of notes - 1. it actually only requires level 94 and the extra timeless jewel is because Voll's Protector Inner Conviction isn't in PoB. You want to use glorious vanity. Items listed are fairly budget, main piece is Tempest Binding but a 4L EK should get you by until yellow maps with BV for ST in chest. might be able to fit in herald of thunder somewhere since I still have 40% mana reserve left and will eventually put in wrath once I get warlords on hit ring.
