Path of Exile - 3.1 Ethereal Knives Inquisitor Guide - Zizaran

was hesitant to make build guides until we had patch notes but now that we know what is going on here is the guide for what my league starter will be for 3.1 Abyss. I'm going to be leveling as Blade Vortex or Firestorm but once I reach the endgame Ethereal Knives nova will be the goal.
