Items listed are fairly budget, main piece is Tempest Binding but a 4L EK should get you by until yellow maps with BV for ST in chest. might be able to fit in herald of thunder somewhere since I still have 40% mana reserve left and will eventually put in wrath once I get warlords on hit ring. Edit: BV has around 1m dps at 10 stacks which will be easily achievable before boss with vaal haste rolling. still unsure about the chest since it was nerfed and there may be better options.
