This is my favorite build of the league, and I think the best "all-rounder" char I've ever played.

The key interactions are using Leadership's Price amulet and Vulconus dagger to cap crit chance on Asenath's Gentle Touch explosions creating explosion chains, and to use the (by now standard) Aegis, Melding of the Flesh, determination, defiance banner defensive set-up. Battlemage and Fanaticism can give self cast crazy damage when timed correctly, and tornado also helps to scale single target.

My final version of the build has about 14mil burst dps (while fanaticism and focus are up), and then 7ish mil on cooldowns (not including tornado dps). Great defenses and ranged skills make the build very safe while having enough damage to do pretty much everything while also chaining glorious explosions (the strand footage at the end shows this better).

This build is not simulacrum friendly since often the dr of delirium double dips in nerfing us, since we can't apply high levels of brittle, sap, and scorch, which lower our damage, etc. Also, degens are annoying in the Feared fight.

Other than a shavs (3.5ex), Aegis (1ex), Asenath's (1ex), and 2 double spell block large clusters (1ex each), all the low budget gear can be bought for basically 30-80c.
