PoE Ice Nova, Nova builds

I have pretty much everything I need to swap to LL except a belt. Crystal belts with 14% cooldown recovery seem to be absurdly expensive, so I'm trying to craft my own. I really only want a decent ES roll and 14%+ CDR on it (I'm already overcapped on res except chaos), and anything else is just gravy. Anyone have any idea how I would go about crafting this? I already have an ilvl 85 shaper crystal belt. I currently use Ice Nova of Frostbolts in my main CoC link and Frostbolt in my Cospri's. I see a fair amount of people using

Was thinking of cool interactions with the new returning projectiles support gem. Frostbolt ice nova came to mind because as the frostbolt bolts come back they would overlap and then cause the ice novas to overlap. I don't foresee this not working. Hi Exiles! I've been planning a build lately trying to make use of self cast Ice Nova. The build uses a combination of Demon Stitcher, Eternal Youth, Coruscating Elixir and Blightwell to get good life recharge and energy shield sustain. I'm aware that I've gone a bit PoB gremlin with the gear but I'd like to see what you think and if you can point out any glaring flaws before patch notes comes in and gives me way too many new ideas to choose from. &x200B;
