You can see it's massively overkilling. So I'd suggest sacrificing some gem levels and just grabbing utility or tankiness instead.

All skills (except Archmage ones) go on both weapon sets 1 and 2, but you only use set 2 just for generating power charges.

(There are no major changes. I changed the sceptre and amulet to include Blink, and changed the belt for more mana. I picked up power charges from the helmet, and adjusted the passives to grab more cast speed since it's overkilling damage.)

If your setup is weak and damage is lacking, use "Freeze" and "Concentrated Effect" as support gems for Ice Nova.

I've never used HH in PoE2 before, but it probably has enough value to include. Since the belt doesn't have any crucial mods anyway, it'll do a better job than just a small mana increase. Feel free to spec your passive tree however you like. Aside from "Heavy Frost," there aren't any super important nodes. I haven't made a separate guide because I suspect it might get nerfed, and I don't have that much PoE2 knowledge.
