[PoE 3.23] Nuclear Ice Nova and Herald of Ice (500% increased AoE)

I was inspired by some nasty pops from Crucible league (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QVKVgwqpdks, watch that if you haven't, it's really fun) so I wanted to try popping an entire legion with Herald of Ice. New Ice Nova and Herald of Ice have base radius scaling from quality so with Ashes and an absurd amount of area of effect modifiers from charms we reach 95 radius on Ice Nova and 43 radius on Herald of Ice which is pretty terrifying.

For damage we have Annihilating Light obviously since HoI's pops are not spell damage so it's quite difficult to scale dps otherwise. Lots of base crit chance to proliferate via freezes. Not sure this is optimised, but it's pretty fun to play. Feelsbad to lose instant Vortex ngl, I think Ice Nova is so clunky to play despite the screenwide radius.

And yes I know I have niko buffs, I'm collecting sulphite for my attempts at deep delving and I like the speed it provides. No judgerino.
