To break down the build a bit, relies on Remnants for Mana sustain, survivability and also DPS so please do not skip any Remnant related passive points , 90% + Crit chance, while also using Cast on Ailments which works really good with Unbound Avatar, as it gives 40% Elemental damage and 80% chance to inflict Elemental Ailments, with the setup we have on Ice Nova, we pretty much get Unbound Avatar up all the time.
Its not a cheap build, but its also not crazy expensive, however it can do all content in the game without any issues, and most importantly is extremely fun to play.
For a cheaper setup, please see the 2nd listed PoE ninja link, if you want to scale it up even further, go for a Runeseeker's Call Wand, with Rathpith off-hand, also use Archmage, and go for a From Nothing gem(Conduit) to allocate Dreamcatcher, Mental Alacrity and Archon buff mods.
