PoE League Starter builds with custom stat filters

So I've been playing selfcast Hexblast ignite as an Inquisitor for my league starts for quite some time now, and I decided to take it to endgame. Ended up going Occultist and converting Ignite damage to Chaos with Blackflame and about 15m Ignite DPS (100m total damage per ignite). The character is very tanky as it has 90% all res, maxblock and is CI with Incandescent Heart for Extra Ele damage mitigation. Edit: Fixed for 100% flask uptime. This is my last submission. I will be playing this version of poison permanent minions in 3.21. This build is tanky, fast and best of all you only have to cast two spells on bosses (one cast of skeleton and one cast of despair). Without skeletons up it does 13m dps , with 1 skeleton to apply wither it does 23m, and everything up it hits the poison cap. The gear looks expensive, but it is quite easy to craft. Fixed the build! Warning: Inextricable Fate is not a global debuff. It would only make the AG poison. Reconfiged build to get 100% chance to posion on skelly and zombie. ~~A few days ago I posted a phys imaple minion build. It did 21m dps. With all the flak 3.19 got, i wanted to share my experience of it, from a casual, 5-15 hours per week point of view. Builds i played were quite meta, but with probably less effort put on them than average player. The gear does reflect it, but there are couple items i got very lucky, and happy with. Probably pretty average result you might get given the same amount of time played. Gearing was quite tough early on, as before the soft nerf on arch-nem crafting was almost non-existant with my starter RF. Essences were scarce, harvest was gutted and drops were low.
