Tri-Attribute Stack Juggernaut Experiment

Tri-attribute stack is a way of building character solely around scaling each attribute. I have done this many times to a fair amount of success on inquisitors due to righteous providence but never attempted other classes. Recently I have begun putting together a tri stack build with a juggernaut which I have no idea how it will go but have been interested in seeing how it would hold up comparatively to previous inquisitor setups. This also gives me an opportunity to try out the new widowhail bow in combination with poised prism for tri-attribute stacking.
