PoE League Starter builds with custom stat filters

I've been making mainly minion builds for several leagues now, leveling at least 4 of them to 100 in HC Trade so far during last couple of leagues. I've done Zombies, Spectres (when they were viable) and last league Skeleton Mages. We had fairly major minion changes in the patch notes, and thus I'm going back to Zombies. I wanted to league start a build that I could clear all the game's content with without re-rolling another character since I hate leveling through the campaign so much. Hello all, My friends have been asking for my skelly mage build from 3.17 and I thought I'd share it here, there are a few differences/additions from what I've seen on other builds. It's extremely tanky. Custom mods are from an AG setup. This was a highly optimized character that I spent 2 months building, so the gear is expensive. But it gives you an idea of what to aim for. Skelly mage is something I've played for 2 years now, and it's always been reliable as a league starter than can transition to doing all endgame content.
