Tri Attribute Inquisitor Is Just Better

After testing the tri attribute juggernaute out decently into the early 90s it become fairly clear it was never going to be a comparable build to the inquisitor variant. Here I decided to put together the inquisitor variation to showcase the difference in power level. Inquisitor solves a fair amount of issues with greater ease then the juggernaut version while doing one of the most important things right, getting good single target. Wanted to make this update as soon as possible for those interested in tri-attribute stackers so you would have a good idea of a setup I would recommend.
