IN 3.20 this build will be less tanky but will around 50% more dmg.
In this video I showcased cold dot occultist's clear speed for both mapping and logbooks. I did NOT change my endgame gear, but I didnt use any utility flask/ i didnt use any supports on any of my spells. The vortex/coldsnap dps was around 130-150k which is pretty easy to get within 10 hours of gameplay. The character was however spell suppression capped.
With only 100k-130k tooltip dps on my vortex, cold snap and creeping frost, I was able to farm a logbook in 2-3 minutes. I was however a bit picky with the modifiers i selected.
