Theorycrafted a Poison build centered around Binos for prolif, elusive stacking for efficient dps scaling and assassin to complement both the efficient poison scaling and the elusive effect. This is not the absolute starter setup, more the red map follow up version. Hey, recently started theorycrafting possible league starters. I tried to rely mostly on proven concepts. In this build this happens to be Spectral Helix, a bit of Elusive stacking, Spell Suppression (may get nerfed but It is so easy to cap with Raider so it will still be used). With just Frenzy Charges (Raider), Elusive (refreshed with Withering Step regularly) and Chill (Vortex+Bonechill on LMB) ticked against a Sirus config, this setup nets 3.6Mil Dps assuming 2 Hits (should be the average) but with good positioning, 3 hits are possible; this would net 5.4 Mil dps.
