[Path of Exile] Spectral Helix Berserker 3.18 Sentinel League Starter

With no balance changes made in 3.18 Sentinel league, this build works just the same as in 3.17!

Hey guys, this is a guide for whats going to be my league starter for 3.17 Archnemesis league. It's a Spectral Helix Berserker also using Rage Vortex for utility, and some extra clear where Helix sometimes lacks. It doesn't fix all the issues with Spectral Helix but makes the playstyle a bit more enjoyable in my opinion, and should make for a decent league starter in 3.17!

I have made 2 versions of the build, one elemental based using Oni-Goroshi, and one physical based using 2h Axes. I would personally recommend the physical version for league start as the gearing process is a bit more streamlined. All the gameplay footage in this video is made with the Oni-Goroshi elemental based version, but the playstyle is the same in both versions.
