This is my league starter for scourge league. 90% phys to cold conversion for Exsanguinate and Seismic Trap. Probably one of my safer mappers into red maps for a league start. Total cost of gear (not including self found gear) was 1 exalt, so a very cheap build. Defenses: 75% Ele res Nearby Enemies are blinded (hit are blinded) Elemental Ailment Immune Corrupted Blood Immune High Freeze Chance Proc (plus exsan + chain gives similar effect to blast freeze cluster notable)
