This is a build I'm shortlisting as a 'maybe' for 3.17 leaguestart.

This video shows Eternal Labyrinth (I have never had this much trouble getting an Offering to the Goddess before....) and an 8 mod rare Tier 13 map with Conqueror influence. Being undergeared and squishy, I take it kinda slowly.

Gear is dumpster tier save for one very lucky drop (Awakened Added Cold). Tabula but otherwise life/resist at best. Clusters are especially awful right now.

This build uses two main skills, Lightning Trap for anti-trash work, and the slow but devastating Lightning Spire Trap to take out unusually durable blue packs, tanky rares and bosses.
