PoE Witch, Mapping builds with custom stat filters

Hi everyone, This is the first time I am investing this much in a character and yet I can't run T16 full juiced maps. (100+quant abyss scarabs, 3k+ whisp,etc.) I don't know what to do. I know the best strength stackers aren't occultist but I feel like with that level of gear I should expect to be able to run maps. Any suggestions would be so appreciated! Thanks! One thing I have noticed it the spectre setup is kinda meh because In juiced maps it dies so fast I can't keep haste up. POB:

Just kinda looking for some help making this build better. I like how the minions don't cover up the map too much and make it easier to watch out for danger. It relies on heavy chaos damage. Thanks!

Hey everyone, here is a build I am playing currently. Here is the POB below - So far I am really enjoying it, I run 7 spectres on a cheap setup utilizing some old spectre unique items such as leash of obligation, bones of ullr and wraithlord, unending hunger etc. I use replica bitterdream to buff all the spectres attacks since they do a lot of elemental moves. Hello exiles So 3 weeks ago I posted a build but untested. So here is a feedback with changes I made. This is my first character this league. Basically it's a Elementalist arc ignite build with CI playing around Incandescent heart to get higher ignite through extra damage and mitigation from ele hit converted to chaos.
