Played this character in Shifting Sands event 3.22. With not much changes to the build in 3.23, I can recommend it as a starter. Capable of doing at least 3 void stones and really nice for mapping. Not sure about endgame scaling and bossing potential past early pinnacles.
Lightning SRS has more front loaded damage and cheaper uniques compared to Poison SRS, which makes it very nice for mapping early league. Squishier than the Champion variant, but much more viable for league start. Slower early game compared to Guardian SRS, but Necro has better scaling (90-95+). With aura stacking, the build also functions as a mini aurabot for party or duo play.
