PoE Occultist, Simulacrum builds

I commented in a thread about my CI Poison Spark build the other day, and there seemed to be some interest about my approach to what is quite a popular build this league, so I thought I'd make a post. My philosophy is that I want to hit the DOT cap, with good Wither uptime, and after that I focus on hit damage and defenses, namely in the amount of a high ES pool. At 10.31 casts per second (11.27 with Smite active), the build is extremely mobile and generally hits the DOT cap in 2-3 seconds, depending on the arena. Saw somebody post their Poison Winter Orb build earlier today and thought I'd share the Poison Ball Lightning I made. It's more or less identical to Poison Spark, both in tree and gameplay feel, except for bossing when I swap gems and rings. You (probably) shouldn't play this? It does feel a tiny bit worse than Poison Spark in doing most things. I've created this monster due to being bored. It's a challenge getting bv to mf due to pretty bad defences (and headhunter doesn't help) but mageblood kind of solves it with triple ele flasks + stormshroud for ailment immune. It handles 8mod triple deli temples quite well but its optimized for mageblood. I have RMR relic so if you don't have it than you will need to either drop herald of ash or switch to RMR helm. Any improvement suggestions are welcome.

I made my cold dot occultist It is a pretty solid build. Which can easily farm most of the content. But I cannot complete ubers except uber shaper. I have 89 all resistance(thanks to +2 cold max resistance from a relic) 90% physical resistance. Damage is perfect for mapping. Even ok for 100% delirium. But it feels a bit slow on ubers. So out of the gate, this is not the most optimized AF setup out there, however I think it may be the most automated (if not let me know please) I have played the build a few times and converted to it fully from RF (I was an RF enjoyer before it got cool, then decided to try AF once RF was what the cool kids did) The only expensive required item is either an Aegis for about 2 div, which I used to level to 95, or a squire which I swapped to at lvl 95. Yo fellas, lets talk about Cold BV and using the new Ring Anathema. I leaguestarted right away with this Build as I saw the last line on the "Asphyxia's Wrath" Quiver and "Anathema" the new Curse Ring which sets your Curse Limit at your Maximum Power Charges. The last line says "Hexes transfer to all enemies in a range of 30 when hexed enemies dies". Since most Cold BV builds already playing with this Quiver and have a lot of Power Charges, this would be the perfect Playground.
